1. Acceptance
By using Dafatr, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.
2. Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscription & payment
Subscription fees are charged in advance (monthly or annually). Cancellation is allowed at any time. Non-payment results in suspension after a 14-day notice.
4. Data ownership
Your data is yours. We process it solely to provide the service and maintain backups. On cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days unless you request export.
5. Liability limits
Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for business losses, missed invoices, or lost profits from outages or errors — though we work hard to prevent them.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. You'll get 30 days' notice before material changes take effect.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute is resolved in Hong Kong courts.
