Refund Policy

1. Free trial
First 30 days are completely free, no credit card. If you decide not to continue, nothing is charged.
2. Monthly cancellation
You can cancel anytime from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds for unused days within a paid month.
3. Annual subscriptions
If you cancel within the first 30 days of a paid annual subscription, you get a full refund. After that, access continues to year-end but no partial refund.
4. Full-refund cases
If the service is down for more than 24 continuous hours due to our fault, we refund the day's fee. If there's a billing error (incorrect charge), we fix it immediately.
5. How to request
Email billing@dafatr.com from your account email. We respond within 72 hours. Refunds reach the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Non-refundable
We don't refund custom setup services (large data migration, on-site training) after delivery.
