1. What we collect
Basic account info (name, email, phone, shop name). Operational data (products, sales, customers, etc.) that you and your team enter into the system. Technical logs for running the service (IP, browser type, access times).
2. Why we collect it
To provide the service (POS can't work without products and customers). For security (detecting break-in attempts). For billing (calculating your subscription). We do not sell your data. We do not use it for ads.
3. Who can see it
Your data is visible only to your account's users. Our engineers may access it for support requests you initiate, or for valid legal demands. Access is logged.
4. Where it's stored
On our servers in Europe. Encrypted backups daily, retained 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies (sessions, language, theme). No third-party tracking, no ad analytics.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your data. Email privacy@dafatr.com and we'll respond within 14 days.
7. Data deletion
On account cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days. Older backups expire after an additional 30 days.
8. Changes
We update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance.
